To facilitate this process, users can simply navigate to Profile → Account → Delete Data, enter their password, and confirm the deletion by clicking the Delete Data button. Upon confirmation, we will immediately process the deletion in accordance with our policies and applicable data protection laws. Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate our terms of service, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, misuse of the platform, or actions that compromise the safety and privacy of others..

Content Ownership & Privacy

All media, including images and videos shared through the app, remain the property of the nursery. This ensures that content is used solely for educational and communication purposes within the nursery’s environment. Unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution of media featuring other children without explicit consent is strictly prohibited, as we prioritize the privacy and safety of all children and families.

Limitations of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable services, we are not responsible for any incorrect information submitted by users. Additionally, we cannot be held liable for service interruptions due to technical issues, including server downtime or software malfunctions. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, including using strong passwords. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from weak or compromised credentials.

Termination & Governing Law

• We reserve the right to terminate or restrict user access to our platform if they violate these terms. This includes any actions that compromise the safety, privacy, or well-being of children, staff, or other users.
